I'm planning on starting Jillian's 30 day shred again starting January 1st and will keep a log of how I'm doing here on my blog. If anyone else wants to do it, you can get the dvd at Walmart for $9, all you need are some small hand weights and a floor mat if you're doing it on a hard surface, if you're on carpet then you don't need one.
